How to Delete Your Account

Recora provides in-app account deletion. In the app, open Settings and use the account deletion action. This is intended to delete the account and associated personal content from the service.

What is deleted

• Stored memory entries, related capture data, feedback, reminder settings, and registered push tokens connected to your account.
• Authentication access to the account.

What may be retained for a limited period

• Operational logs, backups, or minimal records required to comply with law, resolve disputes, or protect against abuse.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@nsgsoft.me from the address associated with your account and state that you want your Recora account deleted.

Deletion vs local cleanup

Deleting local data removes content stored on the device. Deleting the account is broader and is the option intended for full service offboarding.
