Service scope

Recora helps users capture, structure, sync, and retrieve personal memory records. Features may change over time, including AI-assisted processing, reminder delivery, and cross-device synchronization.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting your credentials.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app and related service for personal or internal lawful use, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store rules.

User responsibilities

You must provide lawful content and lawful instructions.
You must not use the service to violate privacy, intellectual property, or applicable law.
You remain responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be updated, suspended, or removed when necessary for security, quality, or business reasons.

AI outputs

AI-assisted features may produce incomplete or incorrect results. Recora is an organizational tool, not professional advice. You should verify important information independently.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms or applicable law are violated, or if operation of the service reasonably requires it.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NSG SOFT DOO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, business, or opportunities arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to NSG SOFT DOO in Montenegro, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
